By automatically changing jigs, work that normally takes half a day can be reduced to 10 minutes or less, increasing production efficiency. In addition, it is possible to handle multi-product production by distinguishing the model with a camera or sensor when workpieces are loaded.
GANTRY LOADER LINE
This is an automatic transfer line with a gantry loader installed on top of the equipment. Since the space in front of the machine is not used, space-saving operation is possible compared to robot transport.
