Job Description
It is a job to create parts for products using in-house equipment. Based on the drawings from the mechanical design, we create a program considering the order of machining, select the tools, and carry out the machining. I am mainly in charge of processing large machining centers.

What kind of person is your senior/boss?
There are many people in my department who are close to my age, and I interact with them privately as well. The seniors also have a lot of people they can rely on, and if you ask them anything, they will teach you anything. There is no need to worry about human relationships.
